I think we all know the horrible feeling we get every once in a while, the feeling of just being stuck.

We all meet times when we feel the burden is too much to carry, no matter which way we look all we see are closed doors.

That's what we're talking about in this episode: getting up and dusting yourself off.

It can be feeling trapped in a job, a relationship or a situation you don't want to be in any longer but there's no easy way out, or it can be something completely different that triggers this emotion in you.

We all know there are situations in which you just want to curl up in a foetal position and cry. It happens to the best of us.

What do you do after that, is what ultimately defines who you are, and what you're going to become.

Admit you're stuck, ask for help or advice, try looking at the situation from different perspectives and remind yourself of all the great things still happening in your life, and then you can make the choice to not give up.

Remind yourself, or ask someone who loves you to remind you of how strong you are. You're not alone, and things will look up, even if you don't see quite how just yet.
